临床护理路径在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术中的应用效果
Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing pathway and effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods:80 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected.All patients were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery.After 1 month,the scoring system(10 points)was used as evaluation tool to made a comprehensive evaluation of this nursing plan,make a detailed summary of the application of clinical care pathways.Results:Chronic sinusitis were with purulent nasal discharge,nasal congestion and headache as the main symptoms.Endoscopic sinus surgery had a significant effect,and it could fundamentally eliminate the lesion.The excellent in 65 cases,good in 10 cases,medium in 4 cases,poor in 1 case,the excellent rate was 93.4%,which met the expected standards.Conclusion:Clinical nursing path has pertinence,specificity and other characteristics,and it changed the traditional nasal endoscopic nursing mode.关键词
