Abstract
Objective:To understand the current situation of residents health literacy of Baizhifang area,Xicheng district,Beijing city,to provide the scientific basis for health promotion work in the future.Methods:Using stratified random sampling method,231 people were given health literacy questionnaire survey in Baizhifang area in 2015.Results:The proportion of residents with health literacy was 13.4% in Baizhifang area,Xicheng district,Beijing city.The proportions of basic knowledge concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior and basic skill in 3 areas were 16.9%,10.0%,19.0%.6 dimensions of health literacy levels were safety and first aid(71.0% ),scientific health concept(23.8% ),basic medical(16.5% ),chronic disease prevention and treatment(14.7% ),health information(16.0%) and infectious disease prevention and control(7.8%).Conclusion:The proportion of health literacy level in the study objects is relatively low,so it is necessary to carry out health promotion work and improve the health literacy level.关键词
