全膝关节置换术后30例康复护理体会
Rehabilitation nursing experience of 30 cases after total knee arthroplasty
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the methods and effects of rehabilitation nursing after total knee arthroplasty.Methods:30 patients with total knee arthroplasty were selected.Postoperative rehabilitation nursing measures were applied for patients.After 3 months,all patients were investigated,combined with knee joint evaluation HSS scoring system and rehabilitation of symptoms before and after nursing.We evaluated the rehabilitation nursing.Results:Total knee arthroplasty had a radical effect on advanced knee pain.The HSS scoring system showed excellent postoperative care rate were more than 93%. The clinical nursing satisfaction of 30 cases was 100% , and the symptom changed significantly before and after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing for total knee arthroplasty can promote the recovery of illness,and eliminat the pain of knee joint.关键词
