Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the treatment effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on dysphagia after stroke.Methods:60 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment.The observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the swallowing functions in patients of the two groups were improved,but the effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical treatment significant efficiency of patients with mild or moderate dysphagia in the observation group was significantly better than that of patients with severe dysphagia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional treatment, tbe comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients.The improvement effects of patients with mild or moderate dysphagia is more obvious,and the treatment effect of patients with severe dysphagia is relatively slow,so the rehabilitation treatment should be started as soon as possible.关键词
