摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the improvement effect of health promotion on community people participation in premarital health care.Methods:218 cases of married men and women in community were selected as the study group,and 218 cases of married men and women in community were selected as the control group.The control group only was answered the questions of the respondents,but did not given health education.The study group was given premarital health care knowledge health promotion education.Results:In the study group,the excellent and good rate of master of pre-marital health care knowledge was 73.39%, which was significantly higher than 41.28% of the control group(P<0.01).The voluntary premarital examination rate of the study group was 94.04% ,which was higher than 50.46% of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Health promotion can effectively improve the master degree of premarital health care knowledge of community people,strengthen their premarital checkup participation consciousness,the application effect is obvious.关键词
