摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training on the recovery of limb function in patients with hemiplegia after the conservative treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:80 cases of patients with hemiplegia after the conservative treatment of cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conservative treatment.The observation group was given early rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The recovery of limb function in the two groups was compared.Results:The FMA scores of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of FMA score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After training,the Barther index of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of Barther index in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation training had positive effect on the recovery of limb function in patients with hemiplegia after conservative treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,which could improve the FMA score and Barthel index of patients effectively.关键词
