护理风险管理在呼吸科危重症患者护理中的应用与效果评价
Application and effect evaluation of nursing risk management in critically ill patients in the department of respiration
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing risk management in critically ill patients in the department of respiration.Methods:80 patients in the department of respiration were selected.All patients were in intensive care unit(ICU).They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group used conventional nursing methods.The observation group implemented nursing risk management on the basis of the control group,for patients with continuous 24 hours all-weather nursing intervention.Two months later,the nursing intervention effect and the total effective rate were compared between groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate,respiratory rate and other indicators of the observation group were more stable compared to the control group.Conclusion:Nursing risk management for respiratory medicine ICU patients can get better results,which can improve clinical intervention from multiple aspects.关键词
