摘要
Abstract
Objective To study clinical application of the autogenous costal cartilage transplantation in rhinoplasty built tip cartilages complex. Methods 52 cases of nasal surger from January 2015 - Sepetember 2016y, depending on the tip of the complex were divided into control group and observation group, then we compared two groups of subjects surgical wound healing, and whether the postoperative nasal shape was beautiful and the situation of the activity and satisfaction survey. Results Research object of the wound healing in observation group was conducted, and the nasal mobility satisfaction was significantly higher than control group (P< 0.05), postoperative nasal shape was tall and straight, natural, solid and beautiful. Conclusion Building the tip cartilages complex autologous costal cartilage transplantation in rhinoplasty surgery is easy to be carved, and it gains high survival rate, so it can achieve better rhinoplasty expected effect.关键词
