摘要

Abstract

Raman spectrum is a new type of spectroscopic analysis with the characteristics of quick, brief and non-destruction, and has been used widely for producing and researching in the food and drug field. This paper explains the mechanism of Raman spectrum, summa-rizes the progress of different kinds of Raman spectrum in recent years, and prospects its potential application in food and drug analysis.
