摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the compatibility of insulin and elemene for injection in 10% glucose infusions ( GS ) . Methods The changes in appearance, particles and pH of the mixture in 12 h at ambient temperature and natural light condition were observed. The concentration of insulin was determined by HPLC. Results No obvious changes in appearance, color, gas, precipitation, turbidity or the number of insoluble particles were shown. The content of insulin in 12 h was kept stable. Conclusion Insulin injection mixed with el-emene injection in 10% GS is stable in 12 h under the testing conditions.关键词
