摘要
Abstract
Objective To prepare novel buccal film formulation anti oxidation and health care function. Methods The chitosan film was prepared by chitosan as the film-forming material. The appearance quality,tensile strength,dissolution time,adhesion time,in vitro adhe-sion and drug release were used as evaluation indexes. The content of hesperidin was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The films were easy to form and film,and the transparency was high and the homogeneity was good. The measurement wave-length was 420 nm. Conclusion The formulation of this film is reasonable,and the biological tissue reaction is small. It can provide a new dosage form for the prevention and treatment of common diseases in the Department of Stomatology.关键词
