摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the content of total saponins in Shenqi Sanqi Capsules. Methods The content of total saponins in Shenqi Sanqi Capsules was determined by an ultraviolet-visible speetrophotometer at 542 nm with perchloric acid as the ehromogenie reagent. Results The total saponins was linear in the range of 6. 87-41. 22 μg/mL, Y=0. 015 54 X+0. 002 9, r=0. 999 6 ( n=6 ) , and the average recovery rate was 98. 32%, RSD=1. 08% ( n=9 ) . Conclusion The determination method of total saponins is simple, fast, accurate with high sensitivity as well as good repeatability, which can be applied for qualitative discrimination of total saponins in Shenqi Sanqi Capsules.关键词
