摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide the scientific foundation for quality control and standard establishment of Zhike Taohua Powder. Methods Hg and As were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results The linear range of Hg and As were 0-10 μg/L ( r=0. 999 7 ) and 2. 5-50. 0 μg/L ( r=0. 999 5 );The average recovery rate were 95. 29%and 93. 62%, the RSD were 1. 48% and 1. 18%, respectively. The detection limits werer 0. 04 μg/L and 0. 01 μg/L. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Zhike Taohua Powder.关键词
