摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC methods for the content determination of acteoside in Erlongzuoci Pills. Methods The method was achieved on an Agilent Extend-C18 column using acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid ( 17:83 ) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 334 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Quercetin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0. 054 6-1. 365 0 μg, r=1. 000 0 ( n=6 ) , and the average recovery was 96. 86% with RSD was 0. 81%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is accurate , simple , reliable and can be applied for the quality control of Erlongzuoci Pills.关键词
