摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of clozapine combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on pa-tients with refractory schizophrenia and its PANSS score and TESS score. Methods 80 cases of patients with refractory schizophrenia in the hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the clozapine combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment group (combined treatment group,n=40) and the clozapine alone treatment group (alone treatment group,n=40). The PANSS scores,TESS scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The negative symptoms score and PANSS score of the combined treatment group were significantly lower( P ﹤ 0. 05);the total effective rate was 55. 00%,which was significantly higher than 20. 00% of the alone treatment group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Clozapine combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment can more effectively improve the PANSS score and clinical efficacy of patients with refractory schizophrenia,and will not improve the TESS score,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
