摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of early caffeine citrate on lung function in premature infants with apnea. Methods 66 pre-mature infants treated in the hospital from June 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into group A ( n=33 ) and group B ( n=33 ) . Group A was treated with caffeine citrate, while group B was treated with aminophylline. The lung function indexes, times of apnea before and after treatment, NCPAP, duration of using oxygen, treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The tidal volume, minute ventilation volume, time to peak and peak volume ratio of group A were higher than those of group B ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) , while the times of apnea, NCPAP and duration of using oxygen were significantly lower ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . The total effective rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B, and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower than that in group B ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Caffeine citrate in treating premature infants with apnea can improve the early lung function and reduce the frequency of apnea with few adverse reactions and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
