Abstract
Objective To research the clinical effect of the Naoshuantong Capsules for the motor function of the acute cerebral infarction ( ACI ) patients in convalescence. Methods 89 cases of patients who were in the ACI convalescence were randomly divided into the combination group and the control group. Both groups were given conventional treatments of ACI, including aspirin enteric-coated tablets, atorvastatin calcium tablets and rehabilitation. The combination group were added with the Naoshuantong Capsules. Results In the ESS, the combination groups had higher ESS scores at the 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment than the control group( P ﹤ 0. 01 );In the FIM, the scores of the combination group were higher than the result in the control group at 1 week, 2 weeks and ending of the treatment ( P ﹤ 0. 01 ) . The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was 93. 33% which was obviously higher than 77. 27% in the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Naoshuantong Capsules shows the advantage of inhibiting thrombosis, protecting the damaged brain tissue and promoting the effect of nerve damage repair, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
