六味地黄丸用于绝经期牙周炎患者牙周治疗临床评价

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Liuwei Dihuang Pills in the periodontal treatment of patients with menopausal periodontitis. Methods 64 patients with menopausal periodontitis in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 32 cases in each group. Both groups were given basic periodontal treatment. On the basis, the observation group was treated with oral administration of Liuwei Dihuang Pills. The levels of E2 and IL-6 and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the level of E2 in the observation group was significantly higher than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) , the level of E2 in the control group was higher than before treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . After treatment, the levels of IL-6 in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment( P ﹤ 0. 05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups( P ﹤ 0. 05). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 6. 25%, and that in the control group was 9. 38%, but the difference was not statistically significant( P ﹥ 0. 05). The effective rate was 93. 75% in the observation group and 75. 00% in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Pills play a role of increasing estrogen level in periodontal tissues, enhancing immunity and improving clinical efficacy in the periodontal treatment of patients with menopausal periodontitis.关键词
