Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of salvianolate combined with edaravone on acute ischemic stroke. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke in the hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous injection of edaravone in addition to the routine therapy, and the observation group was given intravenous injection of salvianolate on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 d. NIHSS scores, ADL scores and hemorheology indexes were recorded before and after the treatment to compare the efficacy and safety. Results After treatment, the hemorheology indexes and NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, in which the hemorheology index and NIHSS score of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );ADL scores of two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the ADL score of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );the overall treatment efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group, and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );there was no significant difference on the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P ﹥ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Salvianolate combined with edaravone is superior in treating acute ischemic stroke. It can improve the hemorheology indexes, improve the ability of daily life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
