Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention of nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fractures treatment by low molecular heparin calcium. Methods 120 operation patients with lower limb fractures in the hospital during February 2014 to February 2015 treated by low molecular heparin calcium were divided into the control group ( routine nursing ) and the observation group ( nursing intervention ) according to the random number method, 60 cases in each group. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis and lower limb swelling and pain, the changes of blood rheology, prothrombin time ( PT ) , D-dimer, and the nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of deep venous thrombosis and lower limb swelling and pain were significantly reduced in the observa-tion group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ); compared with the control group, the levels of whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood cut viscosity, whole blood low cut viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and D-dimer were significantly decreased and the PT was obviously in-creased after nursing in the observation group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );compared with the control group, the satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Low molecular heparin calcium with effective nursing intervention in the prevention from deep venous thrombosis can significantly improve the high coagulation and viscosity state of blood flow and increase the nursing satisfaction degree.关键词
