掺锶聚磷酸钙骨修复材料的制备及其对成骨细胞增殖的影响
Preparation of Strontium Calcium Phosphate Bone Repair Material and Its Effect on the Proliferation of Osteoblasts

Abstract
Objective To improve the mechanical properties and biological activity of calcium phosphate,and to provide a new bone re-pair material for orthopedics clinic. Methods Strontium doped calcium phosphate bone repair material was prepared,compressive strength was tested by universal material testing machine,and MTT method was used to investigate its effect on the proliferation of os-teoblasts. Results The compressive strength of strontium doped calcium phosphate porous scaffold was(212. 4 ± 5. 3)MPa. After degra-dation for 0 d,7 d,14 d and 21 d,the compressive strength of strontium doped calcium phosphate were greater than that of calcium phosphate porous scaffold,and the differences were statistically significant( t=8. 907,8. 222,8. 302,7. 445,P < 0. 05). The MTT results indicated that 3 d,4 d,5 d after culture,A values of extracts osteoblast of strontium doped calcium polyphosphate and calcium polyphosphate were higher than negative control,the differences were statistically significant ( t=2. 559,6. 000,4. 533,2. 546,3. 574, 2. 932,P < 0. 05);After culture for 4 d and 5 d,the A value of the osteoblast in extraction solution of calcium doped calcium phos-phate were higher than those of calcium phosphate,and the differences were statistically significant ( t=2. 733,2. 038,P < 0. 05). Conclusion As a new bone repair material,strontium doped calcium phosphate has good compressive properties,and can promote the proliferation of osteoblasts,has a good clinical application prospects.关键词
