传统饮片与配方颗粒制备的婴幼儿支气管炎中药外洗液质量比较
Quality Comparison of TCM Lotion Made of Traditional Chinese Herbs and Formulated Granules for Infants and Children with Bronchitis

Abstract
Objective To compare the quality of traditional Chinese medicine lotion made of traditional Chinese herbs and two kinds of formulated granules for infants and children with bronchitis. Methods The contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hy-drochloride in the traditional Chinese medicine lotion,Nongbenfang decoction traditional Chinese medicine prescription granule lotion,the Jiangyin traditional Chinese medicine decoction granule lotion were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid (1 : 99,V/ V),the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. The column was Aelichrom Pdar-Phenyl column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). Results The linear range of ephedrine was 10. 11 -101. 10 μg/mL ( r=0. 999 6),the recovery rate was 98. 80%( RSD=1. 87%,n=6). The linear range of d-pseudoephedrine was 10. 08-100. 80 μg/mL ( r=0. 999 1),the recovery rate was 98. 77%( RSD=1. 72%,n=6). The content of total ephedrine of the traditional decoction,Nong-benfang decoction,Jiangyin Decoction were 0. 228 0,0. 215 9,0. 225 5 g/L. Conclusion The quality of between the traditional decoc-tion and formula granule decoction were similar.关键词
