葛根异黄酮联合维生素D对去势大鼠骨质疏松的防治效果

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of puerarin combined with vitamin D on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods 60 male rats of clean grade Wister in March were divided into control group,vitamin D group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose combination group,12 rats in each group. 60 cases of ovariectomized rat model were successful-ly made. 3 months after,the rats in control group were not given any drugs;the vitamin D group was given vitamin D 0. 2 mg/kg;the low dose combination group was treated with puerarin isoflavone 25 mg/kg+vitamin D 0. 2 mg/kg;the middle dose combination group was given pueraria isoflavone 50 mg/kg+vitamin D 0. 2 mg/kg;the high dose combination group was given pueraria isoflavone 100 mg/kg+vitamin D 0. 2 mg/kg. The rats in each group were given once every Tuesday and Thursday,the total administration time was 6 months. The rats were sacrificed at the end of the experiment. The femur length and mass were measured. The bone calcium con-tent and bone mineral density were measured. Results The femur length in the middle an high-dose combination group were both ob-viously longer than the control group and vitamin D group and the low dose group( P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference between the low dose group,the vitamin D group,and the control group( P > 0. 05). The bone mass and bone calcium content in the low,middle and high dose combination groups were obviously higher than the control group and the vitamin D group( P < 0. 05);and the middle and high dose combination group were significantly higher than the low dose group ( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in femur length ,bone mass and bone calcium content between the middle and high dose groups ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion The effect of middle and low dose of isoflavones combined with vitamin D on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats is more ideal.关键词
