Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the fingerprint determination of Scutellaria Baicalensis Dispensing Gran-ules. Methods The samples were analyzed by HPLC with baicalin as the reference. Thermo BDS Hypersil C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm)chromatographic column was used for analysis with acetonitrile and 0. 5% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase in gradient elution manner,1. 0 mL/min e flow rate,40 ℃ column temperature,280 nm detection wavelength were adopted. Results By analyzing the fingerprint,8 peaks existed including the peak of baicalin. The similarity of the samples was more than 0. 90. Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprint of Scutellaria Baicalensis Dispensing Granules is simple and dependable. The method can provide scientific basis for the quality control of Scutellaria Baicalensis Dispensing Granules.关键词
