摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for the determination of lead,cad-mium,arsenic,mercury and copper in Yuxingcao Injection. Methods Samples were digested with microwave digestion system and mea-sured with ICP-MS method. Results The detection limit of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and copper were 0. 037,0. 029,0. 034, 0. 026 and 0. 063 ng/mL. The recoveries ranged from 99. 1% to 109. 5%. Conclusion The ICP-MS method is simple,rapid and ac-curate. It can be used to determine the concentrations of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and copper in Yuxingcao Injection.
