双丹颗粒对原发性高血压患者血压及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ表达的影响

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Shuangdan Granules on the treatment of essential hypertension and its effect on blood pressure and angiotensin Ⅱ,and to lay the foundation for clinical treatment of hypertension. Methods 128 cases of hypertensive pa-tients admitted to the hospital from May 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with enalapril,and the experimental group was treated with Shuangdan Granules. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment,the 24 h ambulatory blood pressure in the two groups was significantly better than that before treatment ( P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference be-tween the two groups ( P > 0. 05);the angiotensin Ⅱ level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate was 92. 19% in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 75. 00% in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Shuangdan Granules can treat rhythm of essential hypertension,improve the blood pressure and the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ,and promote the curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
