Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the anesthetic effects of dexmedetomidine and propofol combined with dezocine in treatment of hysteroscope operation .METHODS:100 patients with hysteroscope operation were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 50 cases in each.The observation group were treated with dexmedetomidine and propofol combined with dezocine , while the control group only received propofol .The anesthetic effects , incidence of adverse drug reactions , pain at different time points and changes of vital signs indicators of two groups were observed .RESULTS: The onset time , recovery time of directive force, eye-opening time in observation group were better than those of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 2.00%( 1/50 ) , significantly lower than that of control group [ 28.00%( 14/50 ) ] , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The pain score of observation group during operation , after operation of 2 h, 12 h and 24 h were significantly lower than those in control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The vital signs indicators of observation group were significantly better than those of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:The effects of dexmedetomidine and propofol combined with dezocine in treatment of hysteroscope operation is significant , which can ensure patients'comforts and improve the operation safety .关键词
