Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of sevoflurane and ketamine in children with general anesthesia . METHODS:123 children undergoing surgical anesthesia admitted into Hanchuan People's Hospital from Oct .2015 to Oct.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 61 cases in observation group and 62 cases in control group .The observation group were treated with sevoflurane mask inhalation anesthesia induction , while the control group received ketamine intravenous anesthesia .The anesthesia condition and adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed and compared after operation .RESULTS: The induction time , recovery time and extubation time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions after operation were significantly lower than that in control group , with statistical significance ( P <0.05 ) . CONCLUSIONS: For children with general anesthesia , the effects of sevoflurane anesthesia induction is better than the ketamine anesthesia induction .关键词
