Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical effects of reduning injections combined with piperacillin tazobactam in treatment of community-acquired pneumonia .METHODS:78 patients with community-acquired pneumonia admitted into Guangdong Xuwen County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Aug .2015 to Aug.2016 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the ID number , with 39 cases in each .The control group were treated with piperacillin tazobactam , while the observation group were additionally given reduning injections based on the control group .The efficacy , disappearance time of clinical symptoms , recovery time of CRP and WBC , incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups .RESULTS:After treatment , the total effective rate of observation group was 92.3%(36/39), significantly higher than that of control group [69.2%(27/39)], with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms , cough, lung rale, recovery time of CRP and WBC in observation group were significantly better than those of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) .And there was no statistical significance in incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups ( P>0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of reduning injections combined with piperacillin tazobactam in treatment of community-acquired pneumonia is remarkable , which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms , shorten the recovery time and has high clinical application value .关键词
