Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method to determine indirubin contents in shuqing extractives by HPLC . METHODS:HPLC method was adopted, the chromatographic column was WondaSil C 18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-water(V∶V=75∶25)with the flow rate of 0.8 ml/min and UV detection wavelength at 289 nm. RESULTS: The good linear indications had been shown for indirubin within 0.201 2 μg/ml-20.120 0 μg/ml, the sample solution remained in a stable condiction within 12 h, with RSD at 1.48%;the RSD of reproducibility was 1.38%; and the samples recovery rate was 101.9%, the RSD was 1.77%.CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for quality control of indirabin.关键词
