Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of Jianpixiaoji orals .METHODS: Orthogonal test was adopted , the content of volatile oil was used as the indicator , the opitical extraction technological conditions of volatile oil were optimized.To set the amount of water, extraction time, extraction times as factors, and hesperidin transfer rate and dry extract yield as evaluation indicators , the optimum water extraction process was optimized . RESULTS:The opitical extraction technological conditions of volatile oil were 8-fold water with soaking for 10 min and extracting for 7 h.The optimum water extraction process was 8-fold water with extracting for 3 times, each time for 1.5 h.CONCLUSIONS:The extraction technology is practical and reliable with good stability , and can be used for preparation process of Jianpixiaoji orals .关键词
