Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of antibiotics in Shanghai Pudong New District Guangming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , so as to promote the rational drug use.METHODS:100 medical orders monthly from Jan .2015 to May 2016 were randomly extracted , totally 1 700 samples.The suitability of application of antibiotics was evaluated , and irrational medical orders were classified and analyzed .RESULTS: Of the 1 700 inpatient medical orders , irrational medical orders were 278 with the rate of 16.35%, mainly manifested as drug combination impropriety , indication impropriety and drug selection impropriety . CONCLUSIONS:The application of antibiotics in inpatients of our hospital has some problems , especially the condition with unclear judgment in drug combination .It is necessary to strengthen the supervision , feedback and management parts of rational drug application and further improve the rational application of antibiotics .关键词
