Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the model of pharmaceutical care and the main point in nursing for patients with acute episode chronic occlusive pulmonary disease ( AECOPD) by clinical pharmacists .METHODS:According to the work experience by clinical pharmacists , combined with the typical cases , pharmaceutical care for inpatients with AECOPD by clinical pharmacists were expounded in terms of pharmacy inquiry, efficacy, adverse drug reactions and drug interactions, etc.Meanwhile, medication education was conducted .RESULTS: Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for inpatients with AECOPD could enhance patients'medication compliance and improve the safety of medication .CONCLUSIONS: Clinical pharmacists can develop pharmaceutical care through the monitoring of pharmacy inquiry , efficacy , adverse drug reactions and drug interactions in addition of patients'medication education .关键词
