摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the adverse drug reactions ( ADR) induced by mannatide in intravenous drip, and to probe into the regularity and clinical manifestations of ADR , so as to provide reference for the rational drug use and avoid ADR in clinic .METHODS:Retrospective analysis was conducted on 12 cases of ADR induced by mannatide in intravenous drip collected by the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Polytechnic University /Jiaozuo the Second People's Hospital(hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) from Mar.2012 to Jun.2016.RESULTS: ADR mainly occurred within 30 min after mannatide injection , performed as allergic reactions and respiratory system disorders.Sever ADR were performed as allergic shock and asthma .CONCLUSIONS:Mmannatide in intravenous drip can induce severe ADR , which should be paid close attention during application .Effective rescue measures should be given in time when ADR appears .关键词
