Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the influence factors of medication behaviors of community residents in Hami area, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the key factors .METHODS:Questionnaire survey, field investigation and other methods were adopted , statistical software SPSS were used for data entry and statistical analysis.RESULTS:56.9%(3 411/6 000) of residents had been went to the pharmacy to buy drugs , due to the lack of medication knowledge , there was blindness for the residents to some extent which reflected the difference of medication compliance .45.0%(2 700/6 000) of residents get medication knowledge through experience , 28.3%(1 696/6 000) expected to understand the medical attention of special group , and 47.4%(2 842/6 000) tend to obtain the guidance of medical social workers . The visiting and preference were associated with age , income , education , health care system and drug price , etc.CONCLUSIONS: The current status of drug use of residents in Hami is not optimistic .The medication knowledge is far from sufficient .It is necessary to popularize medication knowledge , develop guidance of medication behaviors and improve the level of rational drug use .关键词
