Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application situation and tendency of anti-hypertensive drugs in the Minzu Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and provide a reference for scientific management of drugs and rational use of anti-hypertensive drugs in clinic. Methods:The consumpotion sum, DDDs and DDCs of anti-hypertensive drugs in this hospital during 2013 - 2015 were analyzed statistically. Results:The consumption sum of anti-hypertensive drugs increased year by year during the three years, which accounted for a balanced proportion in the total drug consumption. The most frequently used anti-hypertensive drugs were calcium channel blockers (CCB), which ranked the first in the lists of consumption sum and DDDs during 2013 - 2015. However, Amlodipine Maleate Dispersible Tablets (Val Ping) and Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets (Shi Huida) ranked the first and second place in consumption sum and DDDs during respectively for three consecutive years. Conclusion:The application of anti-hypertensive drugs in this hospital is basically in line with the medication guidelines for hypertension treatment in China. The most frequently used antihypertensive drugs are calcium channel blockers (CCB), angiotensinⅡreceptor blockers (ARBs), β blockers, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI), diuretic and compound preparation.关键词
