摘要
Abstract
Interleukin-31 (IL-31), a member of the family of gp130/IL-6, is involved in regulating cell prolifera-tion, hematopoiesis , immune responses and other functions .Studies have found that IL-31 plays an important role in diseases such as autoimmune disease and allergic diseases .And further studies of biological functions and mechanisms of IL-31 will have great significance in the treatment of autoimmune and allergic diseases .This review summarized the biological characteristics of IL-31 and its applications in the research progress of autoim-mune and allergic diseases .关键词
