地方财政支农支出提升农业生产抗灾能力研究--基于中国省际面板数据的实证检验
Research on Local Fiscal Expenditure for Agriculture Enhance the Resilience of Agricultural Production---Evidences from China’s Provincial Panel Data

Abstract
Financial support for agriculture is an important source of funds for modern agricultural production. Based on the perspective of the resilience of agricultural production and provincial panel data of China from 1997 to 2013 for empirical test,and through panel fixed effect regression model,panel variance decomposition and impulse response function analysis,we explore the effect of local fiscal expenditure on agricultural disaster rate.The re-search shows that increase of local fiscal expenditure can significantly reduce the proportion of occurrence of agricul-tural production,and enhance the resilience of agricultural production,but the effect of fiscal expenditure on disas-ter resistance ability of agricultural production has pronounced regional heterogeneity.Finally,we put forward the corresponding policy based on research findings.关键词
