河西东部日光温棚气象灾害保险理赔指数设计
Research of Weather-based Claiming Index for Sunlight Greenhouse Insurance in Eastern Hexi Corridor
摘要
Abstract
Our study is based on the daily meteorological data from 1980 to 2014 and combined with typical meteorological events for sunlight greenhouse in Eastern Hexi Corridor.Screening out windstorm,low-temperature-freezing and poor-sunshine according to three kinds of meteorological disasters,with the disaster layout design area of mild,moderate,severe and large threshold,using entropy theory to assess the degree of different levels of risk, design inside and outside greenhouse payout index and agreed payment standard in different growth stages.At the same time,insurance products are used in the test base,and the results obtained are PICC recognition.The index can not only objectively,fast and transparent provides compensation for damage and also to fill the greenhouse in-dex insurance research gaps can be used as pilot projects to promote agricultural insurance.关键词
