乳腺癌组织中周期素依赖性激酶10基因启动子甲基化状态检测的临床意义
Clinical significance of the cyclin-dependent kinase 10 gene promoter methylation in breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the methylation status of the cyclin-dependent kinase 10 ( CDK10) gene promoter in breast cancer. Methods Methylation-specific polymerase chain re-action was performed to observe CDK10 gene promoter methyation in 50 cases of breast cancer ti-ssues companied with their adjacent non-cancerous tissues. The relationship between CDK10 gene methyation and clinical pathological parameters were also analyzed. Results Methylated CDK10 gene was frequently observed in 60. 0% (30/50) of primary tumors,but not in any normal tissue. CDK10 gene methylation was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of tumors ( P<0. 05) . Conclusion CDK10 gene methylation may possess a significant function in the development of breast cancer.关键词
