人工骨移植去蛋白小牛骨治疗26例根分叉病变的研究
Artificial bone graft in the treatment of Bio-Oss in 26 cases of furcation involvement
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the Bio-Oss combined with guided tissue regeneration ( GTR) for treatment of root furcation disease on the clinical effect of index patients. Methods From May 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital, 26 cases ofⅡfurcation patients as the research ob-ject, 32 teeth were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 16 teeth in each group. Patients in the treatment group were combined with GTR Bio-Oss artificial transplantation, patients in the control group only GTR repair, compared the two groups before surgery, 6 months and 12 months to observe plaque index, periodontal pocket depth, bleeding index probe, and attachment level. Results Compared with before surgery, the treatment group and the control group had de-creased plaque index, periodontal pocket depth, bleeding index and probe attachment loss after 6 months and after 12 months, and the levels were even lower in the control group ( P<0. 05) . Con-clusion Artificial Bio-Oss transplantation combined with GTR in treatment of root furcation lesions can significantly improve clinical indexes of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
