摘要
Abstract
The graphene and its derivative graphene oxide have attracted remarkable attention of scientists due to their extraordinary optical and electronic properties and biocompatibility. Re-cently, the study of graphene quantum dots (GQDs) has made great progress in theory and practice. Because of strong quantum confinement, excellent edge effects and biocompatibility, GQDs are help-ful for bioimaging and biosensors. In this review, the various biological application of GQDs is intro-duced deeply in this article. The article mainly describes in sequence of development, character, synthesis, biological application and biological toxicity of GQDs.关键词
