细胞自噬在妇科恶性肿瘤中的研究进展
A review of autophagy and gynecologic cancers
摘要
Abstract
Autophagy is a common self-defended mechanism in all the eukaryotes, and it protects cells or organs from the noxious protein and the pathogen by degrading. Does the autophagy plays positive effect in the tissue all the time that similarly to the apoptosis, what happens between autophagy and gynecologic cancers ( cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer) , and the influence on the tumorigenesis and progression were unknown. This review illustrates the function of autophagy in the gynecologic cancers, and describes the latest development and therapy schedule about autophagy.关键词
