摘要

Abstract

The engine and exhaust system coupling effect is calculated and analyzed to optimize the muffler design.Muffler acoustic performance and turbocharged engine exhaust noise are calculated by GT-Power software.The simulation results are compared with experimental data to verify the correctness of the simulation model.On this basis,the structure optimization of the exhaust muffler is studied.The results show that the optimized muffler can satisfy the exhaust noise limitation requirement.Meanwhile,the changing rule of the exhaust noise of the car coupled with engine is analyzed in the transient acceleration process of the car in the distance of hundreds of kilometers.The results show that the exhaust noise with higher pressure level can be stimulated when the automobile speed and the exhaust flow are suddenly changed.
