Abstract
The complicated pipe system is the weakness of the shock resistance ability of the naval ships.In order to raise shock resistance ability of the ship's pipe system,a kind of tri-dimensional pipe hangers is put forward and the corresponding pipe system is designed.Then,models of the pipe systems supported by convensional unidirectional hangers and present tri-directional hangers are established respectively.Spring elements are used to simulate the pipe hangers.And the same impact loads are applied to the two models.Results of computation are analyzed to compare the resistant ability of the two kinds of pipe hangers.It is found that for the pipe supported by the tri-dimensional hangers,the buffer displacement is nearly 4 times as large as that of the pipe supported by the unidimensional hangers.The peak value of the acceleration response is reduced by 72 % in comparison with that of the input excitation.The maximum stress of the pipe is 146 MPa.Both the peak value of the acceleration response and the stress of the pipe supported by tri-directional hangers are much smaller than those of the pipe supported by the unidimensional hangers.So,the tri-dimensional hangers can greatly improve the shock resistance ability of the naval ship's piping system.关键词
