番茄游离小孢子培养及胚状体诱导研究
Tomato Isolated Microspore Culture and Embryoid Induction
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study effects of genotype and pollen development period on induced embryoi and the change features of pollen grain in the formation process of embryoid.[ Method] We took the pollen of "zeibutou""dahuang-888""zhongshu-4""huangxiangjiao""dingxinhong""fenbaolian" "baoshi"varieties as materials,and cultured in B5 liqued medium to induce the embryoid.[Result] The genotype was one of the key factor influencing the inducing embryo .Only the pollens of"zeibutou" varieties effectively responsed to the pollen culture .The stage of pollen development was one another key factor influencing the inducing embryoid.The early and late uninuclear stages were the best stage for pollen culture.The induced embryoid displayed suspensor-bearing,multicellular,global or heart shapes.[Conclusion] The results provide theo-retical basis for establishing the pollen culture system and related mechanism research.关键词
