玉米花药培养影响因素的研究
Study on the Influencing Factors of Maize Anther Cultiv ation
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To research the influencing factors of maize anther cultivation .[ Method]With five maize genotypes as the research materials, we researched the effects of genotype, culture medium type and hormone combination on the morphological changes and recovery rate of maize in the process of anther induction.[ Result]Compared with YP, MS and Yupei, culture medium N6 had relatively low browning rate, swelling rate and mortality during the process of anther induction .Xianyu 335had the highest induction rate, which was 23.15%.And the hormone ratio 2 mg/L 2, 4-D +1.5 mg/L KT had the best effects.[ Conclusion] This research laid theoretical basis for the haploid breeding of maize anther.关键词
