微量金属元素对中低温厌氧消化工艺的影响
Research of Middle and Low Temperature Anaerobic Digestion Process Promoted by Trace Metal Elements

Abstract
[Objective] To explore effects of trace metal elements on middle and low temperature anaerobic digestion process.[Method] Effects of trace elements (Fe,Co,Ni) on anaerobic digestion system were investigated through batch experiments at 20 ℃ and 35 ℃.[Result] The re-sults showed that the consuming velocity of substrate was faster by anaerobic digestion and the aerogenesis rate was higher at 35℃,while,the ac-tivity of psychrophilic methanogens was higher at 20 ℃.The pH of all treatment groups maintained from 6.5 to 7.0 which benefited the reactions of anaerobic fermentation.Especially,methane content was higher in biogas produced at 20 ℃ and relative average methane content in WP20 group reached to 52%.Meanwhile,the effects of adding trace metal elements on different strains of bacteria were also different.The effect was most significant in W group at 20℃,but in G1 group at 35℃,and the cumulative biogas yield of G1P35 group was up to 7129 mL.[Conclusion] The study can provide the technical support for the further study on the microbial characteristics,environmental factors interaction,the temporal and spatial distribution of bacteria and the population dynamics in the low temperature condition.关键词
