摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To provide scientific and systematic evaluation method for quality research of export pumpkin seeds.[Method] With four kinds of export pumpkin seeds as the research object, the content of nutrients and minerals were measured, and quality was evaluated by using microscopic identification, GC, HPLC methods.[Result] Mr.Biggs red chestnut nutrient and mineral element comprehensive indexes were in the first place, which contains 47.50% crude fat, 34.58% crude protein, 65.65% polysaccharides;K, Mg, P and Ca contents were the highest;Gas chromatography and HPLC analysis results showed that Mr.Biggs red chestnut contains oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids, total content reached 82.18%.[Conclusion] It has important significance in development of antihyper-tensive lipid, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging health care food.
