4种野山药农艺性状及品质特征比较
Comparison of Agronomic Characters and Quailty Characters of Four Kinds of Wild Yam
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To develop and utilize wild yam resources rationally.[Method] The experiment of artificial cultivation of four wild yam varieties was carried out, and the agronomic characters and quality characteristics were compared.[ Result] The highest yield of FHS-3 was 45742 kg/hm2 , but its quality was the poorest in four wild yam varieties.The lowest FHS4-yield was 17616 kg/hm2 , but its quality was the best.The yield and quality of FHS-1 and FHS-2 were situated between the two.[ Conclusion] FHS-1 and FHS-3 are suitable for breeding vegetable varieties, while FHS-2and FHS -4are suitable for development into health food .关键词
